Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction project 568-00-208, East Wing Sanitary Sewer, B12 at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Work to include, but not be limited to, alterations, demolition, mechanical work of sanitary sewer replacement and necessary removal of existing plumbing structures and certain other items as specified in the contract drawings and specifications. The estimated construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer. There is also a $50.00 refundable deposit required for the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be available approximately April 6, 2001. Bid opening has been set for May 8, 2001 at 3:00pm local time. Applicable NAICS is 234910 Water, Sewer, and Pipeline Construction. All responsible sources within this NAICS code may submit a bid which will be considered.
