Design/Construct an approximate 2600 square foot, single story classroom conference facility at the Wood Education and Resource Center, Mercer County, near Princeton, WV. Project includes, but is not limited to, professional design services to the completion of construction drawings and specifications necessary to detail and direct the construction, construction services, and all quality control measures necessary for the execution of all work specified in project work statement.
