Description

Alongside aircraft refueling services, ground fuel delivery operations and used oil collection / handling operations at NAS Whiting Field, FL for the period March 1, 2002 through February 28, 2006. Contractor furnished refueling vehicles will be required. Fax proposals will not be authorized. "Best Value" Source selection procedures will be used in this procurement. This solicitation WIL NOT be printed or mailed via the old estblished mailing list.
