- Description
- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Livermore Software Technology for software licenses. The contractor will supply annual LS-DYNA for Unix license, LS-Ingrid, LS-Taurus, LS-Post. Technical support is included. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 3/28/01. See numbered Notes 1 and 22.
