COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS Solicitation Number: F38601-01-T0155 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 97-16, as required. Solicitation number F38601-01-T0155, North American Industry Classification System code is 324121 with a 500 employee size standard. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This is a firm-fixed price procurement using Commercial Procedures. The item required is 700 tons of SCDOT Type III asphalt. Proposals are to include the price for pick-up or delivery (please specify). Date of delivery is to be 23 April 2001, please provide multiple deliveries to ensure the quality of the asphalt.
