Description

The Federal government has a requirement to lease nineteen (19), 7-passenger minivans for four (4) months. Complete details concerning delivery terms will be provided in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The IFB will be available approximately five (5) days after this notice appears in the CBD. Bids will be due and bid opening will be held thirty days after the date of the IFB. Approximate date of bid opening is 2 May 01. Facsimile requests for IFB packages will be accepted by Diane Hutchinson at 502-607-1424. Send e-mail requests for IFB package to hutchinsondt@bngc.dma.state.ky.us. No telephone requests will be accepted. All requests for the bid package must reference IFB DAHA15-01-B-0002. All inquiries and responses should be directed to the point of contact, Mrs. Hutchinson. This will be a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Contract Office.
