UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries contemplates a Firm Fixed Price one (1) year Reuirements contract (with 2 options if exercised) to be awarded in response to this solicitation on a "ALL OR NONE" basis for the following item(s): Line item 0001 quilt lining, Athletic gold, 3" diamond pattern, 60"W useable, sewn with 8 stitches minimum per inch along the line of stitching, facing cloth 100% nylon taffeta, thread count: 104X68, denier 70X70, batting 8 ounce poly per linear yard, scrim non-woven, 100% spun bonded polyester, backing shall be full white non-woven/no butted, 50 70 yards per roll, roll internal core shall not be less than 2". Estimated quantity is 153,000 yards (51,000 yards/year). UNICOR MCS No. FAB0090. These items will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders and will be billed and delivered F.O.B. destination, first order due 60 days after contract award and subsequent orders due 45 days after receipt of order to: UNICOR, FCI Miami, 15801 S.W.137th Avenue, Miami, FL 33177-1297.
