Description

NSN: 4240-00-262-7098 Lens, Goggles, Industrial. Quantity: 2,730 EA for delivery to Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA (1,364 EA) and DDSP New Cumberland, PA (1,366 EA)in four (4) monthly increments beginning 180 days (6 months) after award. The acquisition contains no option provisions. Solicitation will be 100% UNRESTRICTED. The item being acquired is to be manufactured in accordance with Commercial Item Description A-A-1813A (Type II Lens) and must meet the shade and testing requirements of ANSI Standard Z87.1 -- 1989 (Revised 1998). The lens is to be round in shape, 50.0 +/- 0.2 mm in diameter. Since the item being acquired is commercial in nature, the procedures in FAR Part 12 will be utilized in soliciting this requirement.
