Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals for an award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13, Section 13.500 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of this procurement is to purchase Dark/hunter green metallic ribbon lapel pins (app. 1" by 12", metal with gold color edge, and military clutch back in center of pin) on backing with text for distribution during the National Donor Recognition Ceremony, National Donor Sabbath, and Thanksgiving 2001. All backings should be on paper, 3 14" wide, by 6" high, 12 PT Carolina coated stock, Printed message, 1 color process, 1 side. Each pin on its backing must be enclosed in a small individual plastic bag for protection. The contractor shall be responsible for assembling, distributing (nation wide) and delivering the pins as follows: 10,000 on June 29, 2001, 500,000 on August 27, 2001 and 20,000 on October 15, 2001. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 11, 2001. The closing date will be on April 25, 2001, at no later than 4:00pm local prevailing time. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
