Description

NASA/MSFC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a one-year extension of the current contract through April 30, 2003. NASA/MSFC intends to purchase the services from Computer Sciences Corporation, Fall Church, Virginia, under the authority of a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, which implements the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
