Description

The work to be performed under this acquisition includes: (1) construct a 490 sq ft vestibule with glass and aluminum walls and metal roof and a three stop elevator, complete with lighting, finished surfaces and associated work ready for use; (2) furnish and install a raised metal deck at south basement emergency exit; (3) provide fully detailed design drawings and specifications for properly defining the work to the various crafts employed on the project, and furnish a set of reproducible "As-Built" drawings. The estimated price range of the work is $100,000 to $250,000. The work is located at the Eastern Colorado Area Office, 11056 West Road 18E, Loveland, Colorado in Larimer County. Solicitation packages are expected to be available April 30, 2001. Requests for solicitations should be received on or before May 17, 2001. The bid opening is tentatively scheduled for May 31, 2001, at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, U.S. Federal Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana 59101. The contract is to be completed within approximately 175 calendar days. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed, without charge, at the Bureauu of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, Room 2031, Federal Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana; and at the Eastern Colorado Area Office, 11056 West County Road 18E, Loveland, Colorado. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The small business size standard is 11.5 million and the NAICS code is 23595.
