- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Landscape Maintenance Services prepaired IAW FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F666CE10800200 is issued as an RFP. This is a solicitation document and incorporates provisions that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. SIC is 0782. This requirement is for the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base, 4200 North 93rd East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74115-1699 and includes approximately 41.9 acres. The Contractor is to furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to maintain landscaped areas as annotated on the drawing and in accordance with the statement of work, which will be provided upon request. Contract is to include mowing, edging sidewalks and curbs, weed eating all building areas and landscaped areas, weeding flower beds, cleaning and maintaining plant wells in all designated areas, pruning trees, blowing off sidewalds and streets, disposing of all debris, and providing all required paperwork for pesticides and herbicides. All work must be completed on a weekly basis. Submit your proposal as a monthly charge based on a possible 12 month contract after notice to proceed. There will be a base year contract with 4 option years. Your proposal should include 3 line items for each year with a total of 15 line items. Award will be nade on the basis of the proposal that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. Proposals will consist of line item 0001-basic area on base, around the front entrance and to the south of the front gate outside the fence up to building 101, approximately 38 acres. Line item 0002 is outside the fence from just north of the front gate to the corner of 93rd and 46th along the road going north, approximately 1.5 acres. Line item 0003 is from the corner of 93rd and 46th going west outside the fence along the road, approximately 2.4 acres, as designated on the site map. All Contractors interested in submitting a proposal must contact CMS Joyce Craig at 918-833-7789 and make arrangements for a site visit or with any questions. At this time you will be given a copy of the site map, the wage determination, and a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (JAN 2001) which applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (MAY 1999), and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (AUG 2000) applies to this acquisition. Under paragraph b, the following clauses are incorporated: 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government, with Alternate I; 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-41, Service Contract Act of 1965, as Amended; 52.222.36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 252.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans; 52.225-3, Buy American Act-Supplies. The clause 52.232-33, Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (MAY 1999) applies to this solicitation. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (DEC 2000), is applicable to this acquisition. Wage Determination Number 94-2433 Rev. 16-dated 9/18/2000 applies to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this office.
