Description

The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Lawrence Factor Inc. of Miami Lakes, FL for the acquisition of 100 Filter Towers. The acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition by direction of COMNAVSEASYSCOM because this filter tower unit is the only successfully tested and approved unit by the NAVSEA Diving Certification Authority for the specialized life support, self-contained Breathing Air Charging System (BACS).
