Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Number N00104-01-Q-Q280 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being expressed on a Brand Name or Equal basis. The items are as follows: Item 0001, Qty. of 1, Rack for Dell PowerEdge Base, Black, Factory Install SKU 220-0605 (See Configuration for List of Accessories), Item 0002, Qty. 1, Rack for Dell PowerEdge Base, Black, Factory Install SKU 220-0605 (See Configuration for List of Accessories), Item 0003, Qty. 1, Rack for Dell PowerEdge Base, Black, Factory Install, SKU 220-0605 (See Configuration for List of Accessories), Item 0004, Qty. 12, Smart-ups Backplate F/2200rm3u/3000rm3u Rk Mnt SU029RM3U (750205), Item 0005, Qty. 14, 12' Cable, 1X8 Switch Box, Mouse/Keyboard/Video, Customer Install SKU 310-0970. Salient characteristics include size, in that these racks will be used to house Dell servers, and color (black).
