Description

Continuation of the Outreach and Admissions program in Pennsylvania. Job Corps is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational, and support services to youth 16 through 24 years old in residential and non-residential settings. RFP #3-JR-192-42 is for outreach and admissions services to result in the arrival of 2,900 enrollees at Job Corps centers in Region II. It is anticipated that the resultant cost reimbursement, fixed-fee, contract will run from Oct. 1, 2001 through Sept. 30, 2002 with four option years, exercised at the Government's discretion. A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 27, 2001 at 10:00 am at the The Curtis Center, Office of Job Corps, 170 S. Independence Mall West, Suite 815 East, Phila. PA 19106-3315. The RFP will be issued on or about April 13, 2001. It is the Government's intention to distribute the RFP through downloading from the Job Corp web site: http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/regionalcontact.htm#2philadelphia. No hard-copy solicitations will be available. The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible source.
