Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Kashim Club to be conducted 5 May 2001. We are seeking any specialty foods'or decorations that have a Hispanic theme. We are also looking for round trip airline tickets for 2 to Mexico. Estimation for all prizes is $1700.00. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 20 April 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
