Description

This notice amends Submission No. 497376. This amendment applies only to rehabilitation counselors who live in zip codes beginning in the digits of 310 and 312 for the area of Macon, Georgia and zip codes beginning in 304, 313, 314, and 315 for the area of Savannah, Georgia; and the zip codes beginning in 420, 423, and 424 for the area of Paducah, Kentucky and the zip codes beginning in 413 and 415 for the area of Pikeville, Kentucky. Workshop dates, originally announced under Submission No. 497367 are not affected. The deadline date for rehabilitation counselors, who live in the indicated areas to submit application packages requires postmark date and/or receipt of complete application packages no later than April 6, 2001.
