Description

U.S.DOI, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI), Facilities Management has a requirement for Lawn and Landscape Care and Maintenance Service. Maintenance service includes periodic mowing and edging of grass, trimming and pruning of shrubs, trees, and groundcover, weeding and raking of flower beds, aeration, power raking, reseeding, leaf and trash removal, week control and chemical application, periodic inspections and monitoring of irrigation system. Campus map of maintenance areas and description of work will be included in the bid package. Contract award will issued on All or none basis. Site visits are encouraged and can be arranged with SIPI Facilities Manager, Mr. Warren Tsiosdia at (505) 346-2345/2375.
