Description

The Procurement Section of the Agricultural Research Service, South Atlantic Area, announces a proposed construction solicitation scheduled to be released in the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2001. The exact date has not yet been determined, but will probably be in May. Another pre-solicitation announcement will be made in the CBD at least fifteen days before the solicitation is released. More specific information will be available in that notice. The following project is expected to be advertised: Replacement of Concrete Roadway (Phased Construction), Brooksville, Florida. This is a readvertisement of a project advertised, but not awarded, last fiscal year. The estimated price of the base bid is expected to be between $250,000 and $500,000, with the total contract (including three additional phases included as option) is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
