Description

Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment required to repair and coat roofs, both metal and cold mopped types, with aluminum fiber coating. Approximately 11,672 SF of metal roof, and 14,654 SF of cold mopped roof, for an approximate total of 26,321 SF of roof surface. Work location is the Federal Building/U S Post Office, 904 West Riverside Avenue, Spokane, Washington. NAICS Code 235610. All responsible sources may submit a quote which if timely received shall be considered by the Government. This procurement is set aside for emerging small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Price range $25,000 -- $100,000.
