Description
SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace the existing 25-ton split air conditioning equipment at US Coast Guard Air Station Miami, Exchange Building, Opalocka, Florida. Includes the replacement of the air handling unit, condensing unit, and thermostat. A crane will be required for the replacement of the condensing unit. The performance period is twenty-one (21) calendar days from award date. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible quoter. The anticipated award date is May 15, 2001. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110, with a size standard of $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
