Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared by the National Park Service in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No. Q5500010255 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 441229; the size standard is less than $5 million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. The solicitation item is as follows: Dodge Grand Caravan with handicap accessibility features: 1) 8" lowered floor from rear axle to firewall; 2) Automatic ramp with swing out gate feature; 3) Power sliding door; 4) Lowered driver side sliding door sill; 5) Rear bench seat; 6) Removable front passenger seat; 7) Wheelchair & occupant securing system; 8) Remote control system; 9) Power kneeling features; 10) Removable driver seat base; 11) Leather seat coverings; 12) Driver Transfer seat base; and 13) DADC 500 hand control for gas and brake.
