- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) through the General Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center is soliciting bids to award a fifteen (15) month Simplified Acqisition for: Developing a Legislative Guide for States to Use In Formulating Mental Health and Criminal Justice Programs. The Contractor shall document the principles being developed by workgroups established by the Council of State Governments into a format that is most appropriate for use by state officials, particularly elected state officials. Develop and implement a dissemination and promotion strategy that will get the principles and practices into the hands of state officials, especially elected officials, which will focus attention on the issues and promote use of the priniciples and practices by the states.
