Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority has the following elevator machinery for sale; Four (4) Generators and Four (4) Hoist Motors. The SLHA offers these items where is and as is. Complete description of items and Offer Sheet can be obtained by e-mail or fax. There is no warranty written or implied, all items are factory reconditioned and shrink wrapped on pallets. Payment must be by cashier check or money order on receipt of goods. Inspection of items will be available for viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on April 10, 11 & 12, 2001 at the SLHA's Central Warehouse, 201 Chouteau Ave, St Louis MO 63102. All offers will be considered. However, in the case of more than one offer for the same item, the highest offer will be accepted, not the first offer. All offers must be submitted on the "Offer Sheet" in sealed envelopes labeled "SURPLUS ELEVATOR MACHINERY" in person or by mail by 3:00 p.m. (CDT) Tuesday, April 17, 2001, to the St Louis Housing Authority, Procurement Section, Attn. Mike Jakubowski, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St Louis MO 63108. All items must be removed within five (5) days from date of payment for the item(s).
