Description

The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV proposes to award an Urgent and Compelling (FAR 6.302-2) one-month firm-fixed priced purchase order to Superior Services, Inc., 4688 W. Jennifer Avenue, Suite 104, Fresno CA 93722-6418, for mess attendant services at Nellis AFB, NV pending finalization of negotiations with the National Institute for the Severely Handicapped. No solicitation is available for this Urgent and Compelling acquisition. A competition for this effort is not in the Government_s best interest as it would be cost prohibitive and disrupt the current recompetition for this same effort. See Note 22.
