ARG01037046500 for NSN 3110-00-356-5723, bearing ball, annular in accordance with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft *77445) part numbers IC 4063876 Rev A, 4063875 Rev E or 4077345 Rev A. This is a configuration control item requiring approval by the design activity. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available and will not be furnished by the Government. Acceptable sources are New Hampshire Ball Bearing (83086) and Fag Bearing Ltd. (36069). The solicitation will be for a firm fixed price long term contract with a base year and four one year options. The guaranteed minimimum quantity is 3960 with a maximum quantity of 21180 per year. Terms are FOB inspection/acceptance at origin, delivery 120 days after receipt of order, QAP B02. Delivery will be to a DLA conus stock location. Solicitation will contain provisions for surge & sustainment. ABVM provisions will be applicable and the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitiation.
