Description

Contractor to provide nation-wide and/or local cellular telephone service for Grand Forks AFB. Current estimated quantities are 150 subscriber units used in the local area, and 50 subscriber units used nation-wide. Monthly estimated phone usage range between 0 and 612 minutes per phone, with a mean average of 84 minutes per phone. Blanket Purchase Agreement may be awarded to a single or multiple providers. This is an unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. We estimate solicitation will be issued 12 April 01. All contractors MUST certify by stating that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered. Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor Registration at website http://www.safaq.hq.af.mil/contracting/ccr0.html. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation file at website http://www.eps.gov. No paper copies or CD-ROM's will be issued.
