Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to complete two softball fields and a support facility on Malmstrom AFB MT, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work elements to include but not limited to such work as asphalt & paving, water & sewer lines, electrical, mechanical, plumbing & carpentry. Anticipated awarded contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about 27 Apr 01. Proposal closing will be on or about 29 May 01. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. This acquisition is open competition for both Large and Small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The RFP will ONLY be available by electronic transmission (see internet site: http://www2.eps.gov). Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award (see internet site: http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial code is 234990.
