Description
Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to increase the door height of the boat maintenance facility at Station Neah Bay. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (a) Remove and dispose of rolling steel door; (b) Partial demolition of wood frame roof and 24_ concrete header; (c) Install cast in place concrete header 9 inches higher than previous concrete beam to give a new door clearance of 23_9_; (d) Provide and install new roof at demolished section to include, but not limited to, roof framing, fascia panels, sheathing, and roofing; and (e) Provide and install new rolling steel door. The period of performance is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 and is open to both small and large business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 235990. Size Standards is $11.5. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
