Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure = Manpower=20 Studies on a sole source basis from the Arlington Institute. The = proposed=20 acquisition is being processed on an other than full and open = competitive basis=20 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 for performance during Fiscal Year 2001. The = proposed=20 action will result in a firm fixed price contract. The Arlington = Institute is=20 the only company who meets the specialized requirements associated with = the=20 Manning Studies and consequently is the only firm capable of providing = the=20 above-described services. In order to be considered, responses must be = received=20 within seven (7) days after publication of this notice.
