Description

The U. S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command intends to award an IDIQ Multiple Award Term Contract for Medical and Dental Services for an initial four (4) year ordering period and up to an additional six (6) years through award term incentives. A draft RFP is available for viewing effective 6 April 2001. FAR 52.217-8 will be included to allow for up to an additional 6 months extension of the contract if necessary. The Government anticipates issuing the first task order on 1 October 2001. A Pre-Proposal conference is scheduled for 17 MAY 2001. Oral Presentations are scheduled for the FIRST WEEK IN JUNE. This requirement is solicited in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.2, Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources, set-aside for small business concerns.
