Description

The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, malpractice insurance and mobile unit to provide on-site Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services at Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock , New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide on-site MRI services one day per week to appointed IHS patients. Contract to be effective for a 12-month period with one (1) one (1) year option period. Interested bidders should submit their request for IFB: M01-0021/MD. Bid Opening Date: 3:30 p.m., May 15, 2001.
