Intent to award against existing BOA with Boeing.. Critical Application Item. Any mfr other than Boeing must submit a complete SAR package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (see FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). DSCR does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Origin inspection required. FOB is origin; ship 34 ea to Stockton, CA and 14 ea to San Diego, CA. Total requested quantity is 48 each. A Letter solicitation will be issued to Boeing. Letter Solicitation due to be released to Boeing 5-14-01 with due date of 6-14-01. Numbered Note 26 applies.
