Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this Request for Quotation are due NLT 13 Apr 01, 2:00 p.m. Central Time. This solicitation document (DMCUMY01MP00032AA) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-07. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO)/DTS41 would like to purchase the following items: 3 EA Refurbished Dual CPU Board with CPUs, HP P/N A5492A, 16 EA Refurbished 1 GB V Class Memory Carrier with Memory, HP P/N A3732A-1, 1 EA New Memory Carrier Pair, HP P/N A5078AR. These parts must be certified for HP maintenance and must be compatible with an HP9000/V2500 configuration located at DECC Ogden. Quote must indicate the delivery time and warranty period. These products are required immediately and award will be based upon delivery and price. Delivery will be made to DISA/WE7, 7879 Wardleigh Rd, Hill AFB, UT 84056-5997. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Paragraph (a) evaluation factors for this solicitation are technical, delivery and price.
