Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is seeking sources for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software. The software is for scheduling all resources including classroom, dormitory rooms, instructors, etc. The software should support/accept: (1) Multiple schedules; (2) Multiple start/end dates/lengths; (3) Include facilities management and booking; (4) Prioritize schedule by program; (5) Create/view schedules on multiple sorts by class, facility, room, instructor, division, etc.; (6) compute "what if" analysis; (7) Handle a minimum of six months of schedules; (8) Provide conflict resolution and conflict flagging; (9) Be customizable to edit for criteria based on scheduling for specific facility/instructor combinations; (10) Que Processing by class; (11) Instructor scheduling; (12) Deconflict holidays; (13) Resource reporting to show conflicted resources as well as utilization rates. The software should be (a) Open Source; (b) W2000 compatible; (c) Office 2000 compatible; (d) Run on Oracle; (e) Web enabled; and (f) Include user guides and manuals. Interested parties should provide software descriptions, cut-sheets, guides and/or manuals, or other documentation sufficient to allow a preliminary review of the software capabilities to meet the above requirements.
