Description

Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to perform Consolidated Services including facility park cleaning and mowing, area mowing, refuse collection and transportation, herbicide application, minor maintenance, and temporary toilet facilities for the Little River Project Office which includes Belton, Stillhouse Hollow, Georgetown, Granger, and Canyon Lakes, Texas. Solicitation will issue on or about 01 May 2001 with proposals due on or about 15 May 2001. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period with four one-year renewal options, plus up to five one-year Award Term periods which may be awarded during the life of the contract as specified in the solicitation and resulting contract. The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional media (CD ROMS, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Contractors may view/download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: http://ebs.swf.usace.army.mil. All offerors are required to check the Fort Worth District Contracting Division website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Codes applicable to this project are 561720, Janitorial Services which corresponds to SIC Code 7349, 562111, Solid Waste Collection which corresponds to SIC Code 4212, and 56173, Lawn and Garden Services which corresponds to SIC Code 0782.
