Description

Single award term contract for period Date of award through April 30, 2002 for the Indian Health Service. Production area assumed to be within a 500 mile radius of Flagstaff, AZ. Newspaper, approximately 12 orders per year, approximately 5,000 copies per order, four pages per order, trim size 22-3/4 x 17" folded to 11-3/8 x 8-1/2". Opertions include copy pickup, pre-flight, printing, binding, packing, labeling and marking, and distribution. Three workday production schedule. Product Quality Level III Attributes.
