Description

FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure non-personal assessment exam services on a sole source basis from the Excelsior College of Albany, NY (formerly Regents College) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This institution is the only college offering exams evaluated by the American Council on Education in the following areas of study: BSN, ADN, Arts & Sciences; Non-EC; Nursing. Any firms interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to the above organization within 45 days of this announcement.
