Description

The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center has a requirement for the Main Operating Room GYN Service. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced purchase order to Gynecare A Division of Ethicon Inc. a Johnson & Johnson Co. Somerville, NJ for supplies to be used with their Versapoint system. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001, Six (6) boxes Cat# GMS810 Versascope sheath; CLIN 0002, Four (4) boxes Cat# 0466 Ball tip electrode; CLIN 0003, Four (4) boxes Cat# 0467 Twizzle tip electrode; CLIN 0004, Four (4) boxes Cat# 0468 Spring tip electrode; CLIN 0005, Four (4) boxes Cat# 01950 Bipolar electrode vaporiting tip; CLIN 0006, Four (4) boxes Cat# 01985 Bipolar electrode angled loop; CLIN 0007, Eight (8) boxes Cat# TU0735 Inflow tubing pump cartridge. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
