This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Services/Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement.
