Description

The Veterans Affairs Network Business Center has a requirement to establish a contract with a source to provide qualified Social Workers on an as needed basis. The contract will be for one base year and four one-year options to renew. Social Workers are estimated at 10 person, at approximately 8 hours per day, usage is estimated at 40 hours per week. The Government makes no guaranty of usage. Needs are estimated and are not guaranteed. Contract Health Care Providers' personnel shall be subject to the same quality assurance standards as established by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The Contractor shall ensure that all contract personnel have met qualifying criteria, including current and valid licenses and certifications. Requests for this solicitation must be made in writing. This acquisition is unrestricted and NAICS Code 621399 applies.
