Description

Provide instructional services and administrative support to deliver Functional Academic Skills Educational Training (FAST) Program for Soldiers, at Fort Hood, Texas, who have skills below the 10th grade academic level in the area of reading, mathematics, and writing. The program is designed to develop educational competencies required for job performance, skill qualification, and career growth. Contractor personnel shall have a Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited institution and have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a discipline related to their teaching assignment. A valid teaching certificate may be substituted for the teaching experience or graduate training. The Contractor must be an accredited institution
