NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE AND AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS This publication serves as notice that the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of 41U.S.C. 253(c)(3) for a base period with four one-year options to Jane Mackall. The services for which the NTSB is contracting consist of opinion writing for enforcement cases and project management services to manage the construction, furnishing and relocation of NTSB offices within the existing building. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for proposal or quotation. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22.
