- Synopsis: This is a fixed-price contract for purchase of 13 each, Power Supply Subassemblies, 6130-01-378-3091RY, P/N 260855-101, applicable to the AN/PYC 2 (V) 3. Delivery is requested by September 2001. The subassemblies will be delivered to Robins AFB, GA. The approximate issue date will be: 8 May 2001 with the approximate response date of 8 June 2001. The solicitation will be posted on our web site http://pkec.robins.af.mil. The buyer is Henry F. Goswick, WR-ALC/LYKB, 380 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. SOLE SOURCE to: Litton Systems Inc., Litton Integrated Systems Division, 10770 Wateridge Cir, San Diego, CA 92121-5701. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A complete engineering data package is not available for competitive solicitation due to proprietary rights claims by the manufacturer. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting Officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
