Description

The California Institute of Technology/Jet Propulsion Laboratory (Caltech/JPL), operating under a prime contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), announces the release of an unrestricted, competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for a design study of flight-qualified radar electronics for future spaceborne Ku-Band scatterometers to measure vector winds over the Earth's oceans.
