Description

This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed price contract for Environmental Laboratory Services for Various Projects Located Throughout the North Atlantic Division (Northeastern to Mid Atlantic United States and Adjacent Coastal Waters). Work includes water quality, sediment chemistry, bioassay and bioaccumulation analyses, identification of plants, fish and wildlife, and benthic infauna from the marine, terrestrial and freshwater environments; rendering expert opinions; preparing environmental reports, assessments, statements of finding; conduct environmental monitoring studies. The Offeror will be evaluated on professional capabilities, familiarity with the environmental analyses of dredged material and ecological analyses in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic States of the United States and their adjacent coastal waters an dprice. This will be a contract with a maximum $1 Million Dollar base year limit with four $1 Million Dollar one-year options. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The applicable NAICS code is 541620. Specifications will be available on or about 8 May 2001.
