See Note 22 and 26. This is NOT a synopsis for a solicitation. This is a synopsis for an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-95-G-A001 with L.L. Rowe Company. This synopsis fulfills the requirement to post a yearly notice of the scope of work under an existing repair BOA. The scope of work is the Repair/Restoration of various units for the Command and Control System. The restored items will be returned to supply system stock or issued for immediate Fleet use. One of the major items to be repaired is the Portable Ship Control Unit, NSN 7H 6605-00-001-4321, P/N IC/29A40. The Government lacks the drawings to permit competitive repair of the items listed in this BOA. Drawings and data are proprietary to L.L. Rowe Company.
