Description

The US Army, Installation Business Office -- Contracting, has a requirement for providing grounds maintenance and equipment maintenance and repair for two eighteen-hole golf courses for a one year period (1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002), with four 1-year option periods. The projected date of issuance of the solicitation is 18 May 2001, with receipt of offers due 18 June 2001; however, the issue date and date of receipt of offers is estimated. Actual date and time for receipt of offers will be specified in the solicitation. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 713910 (Standard Industrial Classification code 7992). This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
