Description

Contractor is required to provide window cleaning services at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions specifications and schedules of the contract. The base period of the contract is one year from date of award with four renewal options available to the Government. A Pre-Offer Conference will be conducted and followed by an on-site inspection. Due to the length of the on-site inspection, this will be the only on-site inspection that will be offered to interested offerors. Offers will only be considered from contractors who are regularly established in the window cleaning business, and who, in the judgment of the Contracting Officer are financially responsible and able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience, equipment, facilities and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. Offerors shall be licensed by the state or local health authority in those facilities where such licenses are required. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
