Description

Furnish all the labor, materials, supplies, equipment and suprvison necessary to perform work associated with an eight room operating suite's isolated power. Work includes general construction, temporary protection, alterations, mechanical and electrical work; protection of and removal/reinstallation of existing finishes and devices as necessary to complete the work as shown in the drawings and specifications at the VA Healthcare System Boston, 150 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Construction completion time is 180 calendar days fron the Notice to Proceed. Request for bid documents must be in writing with a $50.00 refundable cashier's check or money order(NO personal or company checks(). Should be made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. A limited number of solicitation packages are available and will be issued on a first-come-first serve basis. No telephone, facsimile or e-mail requests will be honored.
